Zucchini is an ideal product for stuffing. The vegetable does not require long heat treatment and is quite budget-friendly. And minced meat is perfect for stuffing.

  • zucchini - 600 g.
  • chicken fillet - 500 g.

  • water - 200 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into rings and core.

2. From the meat and the remaining zucchini prepare the minced meat.

3. Finely chop the onion.

5. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

6. Add spices to the minced meat and zucchini, mix thoroughly.

7. Put the filling in the zucchini rings, top with fried vegetables.

9. Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
