Ingredients

  • Sour cream - 600 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Add lemon juice and salt to the sour cream. Mix thoroughly.

2. Put the mass in cheesecloth wrapped in several layers.

3. Wrap the cheesecloth and place it in a sieve. Place the sieve in a deep container so that the liquid can drain freely.

4. Put the mass under a press and refrigerate overnight.

5. Remove the cheesecloth and enjoy the unsurpassed taste of cream cheese.
