Successful syrniki can be made even without flour in the dough. The products will be less caloric and still hold their shape well. A little flour will be needed for sprinkling during molding.
The idea of making delicious syrniki without flour is published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname marichka gorodetska. You can serve them with your favorite jam or condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- eggs - 1 pc.
- oil for frying
- flour for the formation of syrniki
Method of preparation:
1. Combine everything in one bowl.
2. Use a potato masher to mash everything into a single consistency.
3. Take 1 tbsp. of cottage cheese for one syrnik.
4. Form into a ball and roll in a little flour.
5. Form the syrniki using a round glass.
6. Fry in a preheated frying pan over medium heat.
