Ingredients:

  • beans – 1 kg.
  • tomatoes – 3 kg.
  • salt
  • sugar
  • vinegar 9%
  • bay leaves – 2 pcs.
  • peppercorns – 20 pcs.
  • allspice – 10 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the beans overnight and then boil until tender.

2. Make juice from three kilograms of tomatoes or, if desired, pass through a meat grinder.

3. Put the juice on the fire.

4. Add 1 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of vinegar, and spices. Boil for 15-20 minutes.

5. Then remove the spices with a slotted spoon and add the beans, boil for another 15 minutes.

6. Put the beans in sterilized jars.

7. Then you can roll it up or sterilize it for 40 minutes.

8. Then roll up, turn the jars over, and cover with a blanket.
