Method of preparation
1. Line a baking dish with parchment.
2. Put the stale croissants, divided into large pieces, into the mold.
3. Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan and heat. Add bourbon before boiling.
4. Pour the mixture over the croissants and let them stand for a while.
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
