Ingredients:

  • salmon/trout steak - 2 pcs
  • Dijon mustard - ½ tsp

  • frozen green beans - 100 g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Italian herbs mix - 1/3 tsp
  • soy sauce - 40 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 200 g
  • potatoes - 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix soy sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.

2. Dip the fillets in the mixture.

3. Cover with plastic wrap.

4. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate.

5. Chop the potatoes. Add the beans, tomatoes, pepper mix, salt, and herbs.

6. Mix everything.

7. Form so-called boats from parchment and pour the fish with vegetables in.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
