How to prepare juicy pork gravy for potatoes: tasty and budget-friendly
Meat gravy is a great addition to mashed potatoes, pasta and porridge. Meat will add juiciness and incomparable flavor to any side dish. And pork will the best choice as it will definitely not be dry if you stew the pieces properly.

Ingredients:
- pork - 0.5 kg
- onions - 2 pieces (large)
- garlic - 1 clove
- flour - 2 tbsp
- cumin - 0.5 tsp
- bay leaf - 1-2 pcs
- brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- broth - 250 ml
- beer (light) - 250 ml
- red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into 2-2.5-centimeter pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge in flour and fry over medium heat until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
3. Add the onion, chopped into rings, and chopped garlic to the meat and fry until the onion is soft.
4. Add cumin, bay leaf, sugar, broth, beer, and vinegar.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for an hour.
7. Sprinkle with herbs if desired.
