Ingredients:
- sunflower seeds – 400 g
- sugar – 200 g
- water – 55 ml.
- egg white – 1 pc.
- salt – a pinch
- powdered sugar – 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar ⠀

1. Peel the sunflower seeds.
2. Fry in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly, over medium heat until a pleasant golden color (10-15 minutes).

3. Immediately, while it is hot, put it in a blender and grind to a paste.
4. Combine sugar with water and bring to a boil.

5. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes (to a temperature of 115-120 degrees).
