How to cook ribs in the oven to make them juicy: an original recipe

Ribs are not just a main dish. It is a real culture in which the world's best chefs compete with each other to cook the most tender, tasty, and juicy ribs.
Chef Vadym Brzezynskyi shared his rather original recipe on Instagram. He showed how he cooks ribs with pineapple, the taste and appearance of which will definitely impress everyone.
Ingredients:
- Ribs - 1.5 kg
- Smoked paprika - ½ tsp.
- Dry garlic - ½ tsp.
- Ground coriander - ½ tsp.
- Spices for pork - 1 tsp.
- Chili - ½ tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Pineapple - 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the dry spices, then make a glaze of soy sauce, mustard, and 1 tbsp of honey.
2. Marinate the ribs.
3. Peel the pineapple, brush with 2 tbsp of honey and season with chili.
4. Wrap the pineapple with the ribs, cover with foil, and put it in a preheated oven to 160 degrees and cook for 1.5 hours.
5. Remove the foil and cook at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
