How to cook ribs at home so that it tastes better than in a a rib house: a few secrets of the perfect dish
Eating fried or baked ribs is a separate kind of gastronomic pleasure. When properly prepared, this dish simply melts in your mouth and leaves no other option but to eat it all at once.
A food blogger with the nickname vika filipka presented a recipe on Instagram, which is not complicated. As a result, you will get ribs that will taste better than prime rib and will definitely empty the plate in no time.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs – 1 kg
- Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
- Ketchup – 4 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Dry garlic – 1 tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Put the ribs in a deep container.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and preferably overnight.
4. Remove from the refrigerator and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
5. Wrap the ribs in foil and set aside to bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
6. Open the foil, brush with the remaining sauce, and bake until the ribs are golden brown.
