  • udon noodles - 2 servings
  • chicken fillet - 250-300 g
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • pepper - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • soy sauce - 50 g
  • teriyaki sauce - 50-100 ml.
  • salt/pepper - to taste
  • sesame seeds/green onions for sprinkling

1. Cut the chicken into thin strips.

2. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the chicken until crispy for 5-7 minutes.
