- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- egg whites - 2 pcs.
- corn starch (without slide) - 4 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.

- soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- vinegar (apple cider vinegar) - 2 tbsp
- corn starch - 2 tsp.
- sugar without a slide - 3 tbsp.

1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.
2. Add starch, proteins, and soy sauce, mix, and pour into a well-heated frying pan with oil.

3. Fry over low heat on 2-3 sides (about 10-15 minutes).

4. Remove the meat, and mix everything for the sauce.
