How to cook delicious transparent rooster jellied meat: step-by-step recipe

Ingredients
- Domestic rooster – 1 pc
- Onion – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Bay leaf
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Pepper
- Gelatin – 1 pack
Method of preparation
1. Put a cockerel (chicken quarters can be used), one onion, one carrot in a saucepan, and add water to cover the meat.
2. Bring to a boil, add bay leaf and 1 tbsp of salt.
3. Reduce the heat so that the liquid hardly boils and cook for 3-4 hours, constantly collecting the foam. Continue cooking until the meat begins to separate from the bones.
4. Take out the meat and cut it into convenient pieces.
5. Strain the broth, add pepper and salt. It should be slightly salty.
6. Add gelatin to the broth.
7. Put the meat on serving plates and pour the broth over it.
8. Put it in the fridge until it is completely frozen.
