Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (up and down plus convection).

2. Cover the wooden skewers with water so that they do not burn during baking.

3. Wash the potatoes well, cut them into arbitrary segments, add salt, pepper and a little oil.

4. Mix, pour into a baking dish and put in the oven.

5. Peel the orange and cut it into 8 pieces.

6. Remove the insides of the mackerel, wash, cut off the tail and head.

7. Cut in half, remove the backbone and all the bones.

8. Add salt and pepper to the fish and 1 tsp of mayonnaise for each half.

9. Rub the fish with spices and mayonnaise.

10. Cut in half lengthwise.
