Ingredients:

• potatoes 1 kg
• egg 1 pc
• flour 3 tbsp.

Filling:

• mushrooms, onions, carrots, minced meat
• clove of garlic
• herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onions and carrots, pick up the mushrooms, fry until the moisture evaporates, add the minced meat and simmer until tender, add salt and spices at the end.

2. Dough: boil potatoes until tender, peel, mash, add egg, salt, pepper, mix.
