Healthy cauliflower pancakes instead of potato pancake: cook for 15 minutes

Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable that should definitely be added to your diet. But simply boiled does not have any special flavor. That's why it's a great idea to make hearty pancakes.
The idea of making healthy cauliflower pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Mazur (lenna_mazur). The dish can be a great snack option.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 pc. (approximately 500 g)
- eggs - 2 pcs
- onion - 30 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- flour - 3-4 tbsp
- minced meat (raw)
- crab sticks
- cheese at will
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the raw cauliflower in a blender (you can also grate it).
2. Add the eggs.
3. Add chopped onion.
4. Squeeze the garlic.
5. Add the flour.
6. Put the minced meat and grate the cheese.
7. Add the spices.
8. Mix well with a spoon.
9. Fry on medium heat on both sides.
