Healthy and very tasty salad with liver, lettuce and blue cheese: recipe for an everyday dish
Liver is a very healthy product that contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (folate), B12, C, D, as well as choline, iron, copper, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, and all essential fatty and amino acids. Liver is best eaten boiled, baked, or stewed.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 200 g
- pear - 1 pc
- cornstarch - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- butter - 1 tbsp
- honey - 1 tsp
- lettuce leaves
- dorblu cheese - 100 g
Dressing:
- basil - 1 sprig
- grain mustard - 1 tsp
- lime juice - 1 tbsp
- honey - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the liver, leaving in it cold water for some time beforehand.
2. Sprinkle the liver with salt and pepper, bread in starch and fry in vegetable oil with garlic and soy sauce.
3. Caramelize the pear in butter and honey until golden brown.
4. Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender bowl, beat, and then strain through a sieve.
5. Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing over (lettuce leaves can be seasoned in a separate bowl) and top with blue cheese!
