If you want to make a delicious, healthy vegetable salad, but to make it hearty, add cheese, seafood, meat, and a dressing made from nuts, spices, and lemon juice.

The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying vegetable salad with a delicious nutty dressing.

Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 3 pcs
  • Cucumber 1 pc
  • Red onion 1/2 pc
  • Green onions, basil, cilantro or parsley
  • Hot pepper 1/2 pc

Dressing:

  • Walnuts 3 tbsp
  • Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs (or one large tomato)
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Coriander 1/3 tsp
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, choose cilantro or parsley depending on your taste.

2. For the dressing: add the ingredients to a blender bowl and grind until smooth.
