Mike Meoli, a tactical medicine teacher from the United States, was involved in a car accident in Kyiv. Unfortunately, his injuries were incompatible with life.

Thanks to his contribution, a network of NAEMT-authorized training centers is now operating in Ukraine. This was reported by the PULSE Telegram channel.

Former U.S. Navy Marine Mike Meoli was a devoted friend of Ukraine and a true fan of tactical medicine. Thanks to his contribution as an affiliated educator, a network of NAEMT (National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians) authorized training centers is operating in Ukraine.

Mike Meoli dreamed of developing tactical medicine, implementing best practices on the battlefield and in training. He loved to share his experience with his Ukrainian colleagues.

"Mike's particular contribution was that he was an advocate for internal Ukrainian development. At a time when some Western experts argued that Ukrainians needed constant external control, Mike firmly believed that the best tactical medicine was being created in Ukraine. He emphasized that we are capable of teaching ourselves and passing on our experience to others," the statement said.

As a reminder, a woman who allowed her minor son to drive a vehicle was sentenced to 2.8 years in prison in Cherkasy region. One of the 17-year-old's trips ended in the death of a nine-year-old child on the road.

Earlier it was reported that an accident occurred in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region, on the morning of November 13. An ambulance hit a 13-year-old boy on a scooter at an unregulated crossing. The child was hospitalized with injuries at the city children's hospital.
