Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion until soft.
2. Add the chicken fillet.
3. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 10 minutes.
4. Add salted mushrooms, simmer for another 12 minutes.
5. Add cream or sour cream 5 minutes before cooking.
6. Put into the prepared sand tartlets, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts, garnish with herbs.
