Fragrant nut cookies for autumn tea drinking: a recipe for delicious pastries

With the arrival of autumn comes the season of delicious hot tea and its flavorful accompaniments. Most often, housewives prefer a variety of pies or cookies, which will perfectly complement the warming drink and add coziness.

Food blogger Viktoriia Panasiuk shared a recipe for her favorite autumn cookies on TikTok. They are quite easy to prepare and even children will love them.

Ingredients for 36 pieces

  • Butter 82% – 200 gr
  • Powdered sugar – 90 gr
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 gr
  • Lemon zest – 1 pc
  • Flour – 310 g
  • Corn flour – 30 g
  • Baking powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Cold milk – 30 ml
  • Roasted nuts – 100 g
  • Milk chocolate – 60 gr
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Combine butter in a deep bowl with sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Beat with a mixer.

2. Add milk and beat again.

3. Sift the dry ingredients.

4. Grind the roasted nuts to a coarse crumb.

5. Combine all the ingredients, add salt and knead the dough with a spatula.

6. Divide the dough into two equal parts, each of which is rolled out between two sheets of parchment.

7. Put the dough in the freezer until it hardens.

8. Cut the dough into strips and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

9. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

10. When the cookies are completely cool, melt the chocolate and add the butter.

11. Dip 1/3 of the cookies into the melted chocolate.
