Recipe for a juicy apple strudel

Ingredients:
- apples - 2-3 pcs.
- butter (for frying) - 15-20 g
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
- walnuts
- sheets of phyllo dough - 5 pcs.
- butter (for lubrication) - 30 g
Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the apples and put them in a pan with melted butter.
2. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and mix well.

3. Fry for 6-7 minutes over medium heat and add chopped walnuts.
4. Stir and remove from heat.

5. Put the first sheet of phyllo dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush it well with melted butter, cover with the second sheet, and brush it with butter again (do this with all 5 sheets).

6. Spread the apple filling slightly from the edges and carefully wrap the strudel. Do not roll too tightly to prevent it from cracking during baking.

7. Brush the strudel with butter on top and put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
8. The finished strudel is delicious both hot with a scoop of ice cream and cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
