Ingredients:

• Puff pastry - 400 g
• Honey - 40 g
• Apples - 3 pcs.
• Cinnamon - 5 g
• Powdered sugar - 20 g
• Butter - 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Roll out the dough and brush with honey. Put the apples, fold them in half, and twist the rose.

2. Put in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180C.
