Festive bruschetta for the New Year instead of the usual sandwiches: how to cook
Instead of the usual red caviar sandwiches, you can make gourmet bruschetta. They are based on a regular baguette and cream cheese. But the filling can be completely different. For example, choose jamon and arugula or sun-dried tomatoes.
The idea of making bruschetta for a festive table was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli cooking. Just a few simple ingredients will make your holiday table much richer.
