Experience is not always the main requirement for vacancies. Especially in the current environment, when there is a shortage of personnel in several areas. That's why employers are willing to hire people with no experience and invest in their training, and in some cases pay them 40 thousand UAH and even more.

For example, a real estate agency is looking for a realtor with a salary of UAH 35,000 to 80,000. "We provide professional training and support for newcomers," the ad says. It also notes that you need to be ready to work both in and out of the office.

On a popular job search site, you can find a vacancy for a sales assistant for mobile phones and accessories. It promises to pay from 35,000 to 40,000 UAH. According to the author of the ad, "no work experience is required" to get the position.

A B2B company is ready to pay from UAH 28,000 to 60,000 to a sales manager. They promise to provide free training, and the employee's responsibilities will include

  • consulting interested clients over the phone;
  • reporting;
  • work with a CRM system.

In Ukraine, employers are ready to pay about 50 thousand for working from home

Remote work is becoming increasingly popular in Ukraine. One of the reasons is the opportunity to earn good money without leaving home. In particular, some employers are willing to pay their employees about 50 thousand UAH in salary.

For example, an English language school offers between UAH 25,000 and 50,000 in salary. Among the requirements for an applicant are knowledge of the language at the C1+ level, as well as teaching experience.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, soon, the Ukrainian labor market will remain rather static: neither a sharp increase in vacancies nor a surge in layoffs is expected in the main sectors of the economy. However, some companies intend to change the number of employees. These expectations are mostly negative: they will dismiss employees much more often than they will hire new ones in almost all key areas.
