  • eggplant - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • oil for greasing parchment and eggplant

  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • onions - 0.5 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • dill - to taste
  • eggs -1 pc
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste

1. Cut the eggplant into rings.

2. Season with salt and wait for the bitterness to come out.
