Easier than any casserole: how to make a hearty vegetable frittata for lunch

Vegetables are always very tasty and healthy. They can even be used for a hearty lunch. Namely, to make a simple frittata, which will take very little of your time.

The idea of making a frittata with zucchini for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan. It's also very budget-friendly.

Ingredients for two servings:

  • zucchini – 300 g
  • onion – 1 pc (medium or half of a large one)
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • flour – 1 tbsp
  • milk – 35 ml
  • salt and pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat to 180 degrees.

2. Cut the onion and zucchini into small cubes and fry together in a little oil for 5-7 minutes.

3. Put the zucchini and onions in a baking dish.

4. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, milk, and flour in a bowl.

5. Pour this mass into the mold with the zucchini and onions.

6. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
