Dynamo's opponent in new-format Champions League playoffs has been determined

Dynamo Kyiv has recently defeated Scottish Rangers in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. The Ukrainian team managed to hit the opponent's goal twice in two minutes at the end of the game and reached the playoffs of the tournament.

Now they will play in the battle for a ticket to the main Champions League composition. Their opponent will be Austrian Salzburg, which last season failed to win the national championship for the first time in 11 years, losing the first place to Sturm Graz.

Dynamo will play its first game at an arena in Lublin, Poland. The date of the match is August 21. Six days later, the teams will meet in Austria. Both games will start at 22:00 Kyiv time.

Salzburg reached the playoffs of the Champions League qualifiers by beating the Dutch Twente 2-1 at home and 3-3 away from home. In the current season of the Austrian Bundesliga, Dynamo's opponents started with two victories with a total score of 8:3.
