Dubai chocolate at home with a simple recipe: it will taste better than in stores

Dubai chocolate is a dessert with pistachio paste that gained viral popularity on social media last year. Currently, it is sold in stores at quite high prices, so not everyone can try this dessert.

However, you can make this chocolate yourself at home. As a result, it will be even tastier than store-bought. A food blogger with the nickname valeriia cooking shared how to do it on Instagram.

Ingredients for 1 chocolate bar weighing 390 gr:

  • Milk chocolate - 230 gr
  • Pistachio paste - 100 g
  • Butter - 45 g

Ingredients for the kataifi dough:

  • Flour - 50 g
  • Starch - 40 g
  • Water - 110 ml
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp
  • Oil - 1/3 tsp.

The way of preparation:

1. Prepare the kataifi dough. Sift flour, and starch, add water, salt, and oil, mix until smooth, and leave for 20 minutes.

2. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fry the dough (see photo).

3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds, put half of the chocolate in the mold, and refrigerate.

4. Chop the kataifi dough and fry it in heated butter until golden brown.

5. Mix with the pistachio paste, spread on the frozen chocolate layer, and cover with the rest of the chocolate, gently smoothing.

6. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
