In the city of Yaroslavl (Russia), a UAV crashed on the territory of an oil refinery. The territory of the Slavneft-YANOS enterprise has been cordoned off.

This was reported by one of the Russian Telegram channels on the morning of January 29. According to the channel, there were no casualties.

The Russian media wrote about an "airplane-type drone". It allegedly crashed near a hydrocracking unit.

"The scene is cordoned off, a demining team is expected to arrive," the source said.

Slavneft-Yanos (Yaroslavnefteorgsintez) is the largest refinery in the Northern region of Russia, located in Yaroslavl. The company's core business is providing oil refining services.

- On January 24, a series of explosions occurred in the city of Tuapse (Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation). They were followed by a massive fire at an oil refinery that is part of the Rosneft oil company. The facility was attacked by drones.

- The explosions at the Tuapse plant were an operation of the Security Service of Ukraine, our sources said. As a result of the attack, the primary oil processing units were damaged.

- According to Reuters, the Tuapse refinery has since suspended refining and oil production.
