Disney is preparing a new fairy tale movie: the first details are known

Fans of Disney animated movies have long argued about which princess is cooler. But until now, the image of the heroine's beloved, Prince Charming, has been neglected.
This will soon change, Variety writes. The romantic hero will get his first feature film.
There are still very few details about the project in the press. It is known that Paul King, the director of "Wonka" and the first two Paddington Adventure films, will be responsible for directing. Simon Barnaby and John Crocker will help him write the script. And that's all for now. It's not even known yet whether the movie will be animated or live-action.
In classic fairy tales, Prince Charming is a hero who rescues a damsel in distress. He passes the tests, defeats the evil witch or stepmother, and brings happiness to the main character. But in classic Disney cartoons, he has always remained a secondary character. Although a character named Prince Charming was originally Cinderella's love interest (the rest of the characters usually had their own names), the new project will not be specifically related to this princess.
Disney will announce other characters and cast members later. As well as the estimated release date of the movie. The project is currently at an early stage of development.
It should be noted that Disney has already tried to realize a feature film about Prince Charming. Such plans were announced in 2015. But the announced film was never released.
