Tartlets are a great option for a festive appetizer. You can combine a variety of your favorite ingredients and diversify your menu perfectly. Besides, it is very simple and tasty.

A recipe for tartlets for a festive table

Ingredients:
- boiled frozen shrimp – 200 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- processed cheese – 100 g
- garlic – 1 clove
- tartlets – 8 pcs.
- mayonnaise or natural yogurt – 1 tbsp
- fresh dill – 1-2 sprigs
- black allspice – 1-2 peas
- bay leaf – 1 pc.

1. Put the boiled frozen shrimp into boiling water with black allspice and bay leaf, and boil for 1-2 minutes.

2. Hard-boil the chicken eggs, and grate them on a coarse grater. Grind the processed cheese on a coarse grater and add to the grated eggs.

3. Peel the shrimp cooled to room temperature. Reserve some of the seafood for garnishing the tartlets. Finely chop the rest of the shrimp and add to the egg and cheese mixture.

4. Add a clove of garlic and mayonnaise to the mixture, passed through a press. If desired, add salt and ground black pepper to the filling to taste. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
5. Fill the tartlets with the filling. Cut the fresh cucumber into thin half rings.

6. Insert a slice of fresh cucumber into each tartlet. Complete the appetizer with peeled shrimp.
