Ingredients
- Mackerel – 2 pcs.
- Dijon mustard – 2 tsp.
- French mustard – 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce – 2-3 tsp.
- Honey – 3 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Peel and chop the frozen mackerel.
2. Take out the bone and roll it into a roll.
3. Put the fish rolls on skewers.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
5. Put the fish on the parchment and brush with the sauce.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
