Delicate liver pate with cherry jam: a delicious spread for every day

Pate is a great idea when you want to surprise your guests with an elegant appetizer. This type of dish is made from simple ingredients, but it can hit the heart with its flavor.
Food blogger Iryna Kharchyshyna showed on Instagram how she prepares liver pate. Combined with cherry jam, this dish tastes incredible.

Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 500 gr.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter - 50 gr.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Cherry - 400 gr.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Agar-agar - 5 gr.
- Croutons
Method of preparation:
1. Put the liver, onion, apple, and carrot in a baking dish.
2. Add salt, pepper, butter and cream. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees. Blend with a blender until smooth.
3. Combine the pitted cherries with the sugar in a saucepan and cook until thickened. Add the agar-agar and mix again. Blend with a blender.
4. Put 2 tbsp of the paste in cling film and wrap it up to form a flower ball. Put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
5. Remove the film, pour the jam, and serve with croutons.
