On the night of January 21-22, Russia attacked the Kyiv region with kamikaze drones. The air defense forces were successfully operating in the region, but unfortunately, the debris of the downed objects damaged houses and the power grid.
This was reported by the acting head of the Kyiv regional military administration Mykola Kalashnyk. Residents of the region were urged not to ignore the air raid alert.
"Another night attack by enemy UAVs on Kyiv region. Air defense forces were working in the region. Enemy targets were shot down. There are no casualties among the population. There were no hits to critical and residential infrastructure," the statement said.
The official added that as a result of the falling debris of downed enemy targets in one of the settlements, a house was partially destroyed and 4 more were damaged. Windows were smashed, facades were cut, and roofs were damaged. In another settlement, a power line was damaged.
Operational groups continue to work on fixing the consequences of the enemy attack.

As a result of the attack, an apartment building was destroyed, a fire broke out there, and there are consequences in the private sector, in addition, an enterprise and public transport were damaged.
