Croatian club expels legendary Dynamo player

The team no longer needs the services of the titled midfielder.

Legendary Dynamo footballer Denys Garmash will leave Osijek in the near future. According to sport.ua, the Croatian club no longer counts on the former Ukraine international and, despite the current contract until the end of the season, is going to get rid of the 33-year-old midfielder this winter.

The last time Garmash played in the Croatian league was on September 30, then he was only in the application, and in the last game against Lokomotiva he was not on the list at all.

The team's coach Zoran Zekic does not see the Ukrainian in the lineup. The coach switched to playing with three central defenders and in the new formation in the middle of the field there is no place for Denys.

In addition, Garmash joined Osijek under the patronage of coach Stepan Tomas, who was fired in early October. The club's sporting director Ivica Kulisevic also resigned.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Denys Garmash joined Osijek on September 9 and since then has played 4 matches, having committed only a violation for which he received a yellow card.

On August 16, it became known that the then coach of the White and Blues, Mircea Lucescu, refused Garmash's services and transferred him to the youth team.
