Ingredients

  • flour - 650-700 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • sugar - 120 g
  • vanilla sugar - 16 g
  • warm milk - 300 ml
  • fresh yeast - 20 g
  • melted butter - 80 g
  • egg yolk - 1 pc +1 tbsp of milk for greasing

Ingredients for the cherry filling

  • cherries - 200 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • corn starch - 25 g

Ingredients for the crumble

  • flour - 40-50 g
  • fugar - 50 g
  • butter - 20 g

Method of preparation

1. Add sugar, eggs, yeast and melted butter to milk. Mix thoroughly.

2. Add cottage cheese and flour and knead the dough. Cover with plastic film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. Knead the dough, divide it into equal pieces and form balls. Place on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Add sugar and starch to the cherries and boil until thickened.

5. Grease the buns with egg yolk and milk and make a depression using the bottom of a glass. Fill with the cherry sauce.

6. For the crumble, combine all the ingredients and grind them into crumbs with your hands.

7. Sprinkle the buns with crumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
