It is customary to serve alcoholic beverages at any festive table. A great option would be special liqueurs that would perfectly match traditional dishes.

Food blogger Eduard Nasirov shared a recipe for raisin liqueur on Instagram. This delicious alcoholic drink will perfectly complement the Christmas table and make the holiday more fun.

Ingredients

  • raisins - 400 g
  • orange - 1 pc
  • brown sugar - 250 g
  • candied fruit - 100 g
  • cinnamon - 2 sticks
  • vanilla - 1 pod
  • cloves - 6 pcs
  • ginger - 1/3 tsp
  • red pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • coriander - 1/3 tsp
  • allspice - 1/3 tsp
  • water - 350 ml
  • alcohol - 350 ml

Method of preparation.

1. Pour boiling water over the orange, peel it and squeeze the juice.

2. Put all the ingredients in a glass container.

3. Cover the container with a lid, shake well and leave in a warm, dark place for 7 days.

4. Now you need to strain it, pass it through a paper filter two or three times, and then bottle it.

5. Cool and serve.
