Chicken fillet is a fairly dietary and lean meat. Therefore, if you want to bake such a product, you should add some flavor to it. For this, you will need bacon.
The idea of cooking a juicy chicken fillet in bacon is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna with the nickname recipes ira. You only need five simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- bacon
- barbecue sauce (ideally barbecue + teriyaki sauce + unagi sauce – it will burn)
- salt/pepper/spices for meat
- oil – 1 tbsp
Cooking method:
1. Cut the meat into 1-2 centimeter strips.
2. Marinate with spices, oil, salt and pepper for 10-30 minutes.
3. Put 2-3 pieces of meat on a sheet of bacon.
4. Wrap.
5. Place on a skewer.
6. Brush with the sauce.
7. Bake in a well-heated 200-degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
