Fried fillet in a creamy sauce with spinach
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- cream 15%-20% - 200 ml
- spinach - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First, cut the fillet, sprinkle with spices and put it in a frying pan heated with oil. Fry until the color changes and the fillet is slightly golden brown.
