Cheese soup with minced meat and green peas: an easy first course for every day

Food blogger Tetiana shared how to make cheese soup with minced meat on Instagram. As it turned out, there is nothing complicated about this process, and the green peas added to the dish make it look delicious.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 2 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- frozen peas - 400 g
- minced meat - 300-400 g
- processed cheese - 150 g or 20% cream - 200 ml
- herbs and parsley
- oil
Method of preparation
1. Dice the onions and carrots and fry in a saucepan with heated vegetable oil until soft.
2. Add the minced meat and fry with the vegetables until tender. During cooking, stir the minced meat to avoid large lumps.
3. Add 3 liters of water or broth and chopped potatoes.
4. Once the potatoes are ready, add the peas and cook until they are tender.
5. Add cottage cheese or cream, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
6. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
