It seems that buyers never managed to believe in electric cars. Today, manufacturers no longer believe in them either. One after another, companies are announcing that their promises to stop producing models with internal combustion engines in favor of EVs in the near future were too naive.

So far, European lawmakers have succeeded in convincing them of this. The ban on sales of new cars with internal combustion engines has been postponed, and strict environmental standards have been relaxed. In the end, the market is formed by buyers who are ready to pay for more affordable cars without being tied to charging stations.
