Cake without baking and pastry: the easiest recipe for a delicious dessert

If you want to make a delicious dessert without baking and dough, cookies are the perfect base, and for a bright flavor, add berries, fruit, cocoa, they will dilute the sweet taste of the sour cream.

The culinary expert Olga shared a recipe for a delicious cookie cake with a delicate sour cream and cocoa on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• chocolate cracker type cookies - 230 g
• sour cream 20% - 550 g
• powdered sugar - 100 g
• banana - 2 pcs.
• cocoa - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar with a whisk.

2. Cut the bananas into thin slices.

3. Put a few spoons of cream in the mold.  After that put  a layer of cookies, cream, bananas, a little cream, and cookies again. Repeat this pattern  until you run out of ingredients, but remember that the top layers should be cookies and cream.

3. Cover the cake and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Sprinkle with cocoa before serving!
