In recent seasons, the midfielder has almost always come on as a second-half substitute.

Palmeiras refused to sell their midfielder Fabinho to Shakhtar Donetsk. The Ukrainian club offered 4 million euros for the midfielder, but the Brazilian champion rejected the Shakhtar's offer.

In August this year, Palmeiras extended Fabinho's contract until 2027. The club from São Paulo is counting on the player in the 2024 season, and the Brazilians do not intend to sell him yet.

Fabinho is a multiple champion of Brazilian youth championships in the under-13, under-15, under-17 and under-20 age categories. He scored 1 goal in 12 matches for the Brazilian U-17 and U-16 national teams.

He made his debut for Palmeiras in 2021. In recent seasons, the midfielder has almost always come on as a second-half substitute.

In 2023, Fabinho played 37 matches for the senior team, spending a total of 872 minutes on the field.
