Ingredients:
- chicken hearts – 1 kg
- onions – 2 pcs
- carrots – 1 pc
- sour cream – 150-200 ml (fat content 15-20%)
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the chicken hearts from the tubes and cut them lengthwise into 2-4 pieces.
2. Chop the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
3. Add hearts.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add sour cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. It can be used as a gravy for cereals, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc.
