Ingredients:

  • meat (neck or steak) - 500 g
  • potatoes (medium) - 7 pcs
  • onions - 3 pcs
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • mayonnaise - 200 g
  • hard cheese - 250-300 g

1. Cut the meat into pieces and pound on both sides.

2. Grate the potatoes into slices.
