Better than cutlets: how to prepare hearty meat zrazy with egg filling for lunch

Zrazy are a great alternative to the usual cutlets. They can be baked in the oven, so it will be a low-fat and very juicy option. Any side dish will do too.
A food blogger with the nickname bouquet of bruschettas shared how to bake zrazy for lunch on Instagram. It will be delicious to serve them with a fresh salad.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- raw egg - 1 pc
- breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, spices for chicken, smoked paprika
- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with the raw egg, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt and spices.
2. For the filling, cut the boiled eggs into cubes.
3. Form minced meat into balls and flatten them.
4. Put some egg mass in the center of each and form cutlets with wet hands.
5. Put the zrazy on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
6. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
