Autumn pear, fig, and cheese sandwich: can be eaten as a separate dish or used as a wine appetizer

In the fall, the season of incredibly tasty and flavorful fruits begins. They can be used to make many interesting dishes and snacks for wine.
Food blogger Yuliia Senych shared a recipe for one of these appetizers on Instagram. She showed how to make a pear and cheese sandwich. It can be eaten as a separate dish, and it also tastes great with any wine.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry – 1 pc
- Pear – 1-2 pieces
- Butter – for greasing
- Cheese – hard
- Walnuts – 50 gr
- Honey – to taste
- Figs – 1 pc
Method of preparation
1. On the thawed puff pastry, make cuts 1 cm to the edges to form the sides. Brush the dough with melted butter.
2. Cut pears, figs, and cheese into thin slices.
3. Put them on the dough one by one. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with nuts.
4. Put it in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. After baking, you can add more honey.
