- Savoyardi biscuits - 1 package
- mascarpone - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - to taste (I added stevia)
- pistachio paste - 2 tbsp.
- chilled coffee - 300 ml.
- chopped pistachio - 3 tbsp.

1. Brew coffee, cool it down.
2. Combine the ingredients for the cream, mix with a mixer.
