Atmospheric pistachio tiramisu for the festive table: a dessert that will impress everyone
Tiramisu is a great holiday dessert that doesn't require baking. It will be much faster and cheaper than making multi-component cakes from cakes. It is a very good idea to add pistachios to the tiramisu - this delicacy will definitely impress all your guests.
The idea of making pistachio tiramisu for a festive table was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tati Chudnova (chudnova.food). It is not only delicious, but also very beautiful.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi biscuits - 1 package
- mascarpone - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - to taste (I added stevia)
- pistachio paste - 2 tbsp.
- chilled coffee - 300 ml.
- chopped pistachio - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Brew coffee, cool it down.
2. Combine the ingredients for the cream, mix with a mixer.
3. Dip each cookie in coffee and place on the bottom of the mold.
4. Put half of the cream on top, then another layer of coffee biscuits and a layer of cream.
5. Smooth and top with chopped pistachios.
6. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
