At a popular Thai resort, a Russian tourist beat a foreigner and attacked a policeman: he was tased by a stun gun

Law enforcement officials on the Thai resort island of Phuket have called on tourists to control themselves while drinking alcohol. The reason for this is a fight involving a Russian man who started a fight on the popular Karon Beach, hitting a foreigner.

According to the propaganda media, the attempts of the locals to calm down the Russian citizen were unsuccessful. Even the police intervention did not help: one of the law enforcement officers was beaten by the hooligan. After that, the police had to use a stun gun, which stopped the conflict.

The Russian tourist was first sent to the hospital and then to the local police station. There is currently no official information on the punishment of the Russian, but his actions can be regarded as disobedience to a police officer, as well as an attack on him.

Law enforcement officers have surveillance video and bruises left by the brawler. The citizen of the Russian Federation may face at least deportation and inclusion in the blacklist of Thailand, as a maximum – punishment in the form of real terms of imprisonment.
